Coffee cultures around the world: Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, Central America, Africa and other major coffee growers.
We also discuss two of the most common brewing methods: French Press and Herminston Pot.
As part of the training session, students are encouraged to taste a few varieties of coffee using both methods.
The course will be held in Bethlehem, PA.
