• Four tomatoes
  • Four small baguettes
  • Six tablespoons¬† Cate de MI Corazon avocado oil
  • One pinch of salt
  • One pinch of pepper
  • One handfull of fresh sweet basil
  • One Garlic tooth


  1. Dice tomatoes into fine small squares and remove seeds
  2. Add to small bowl of Cate de Mi Corazon avocad oil and salt and pepper as desired
  3. Add chopped fresh basil in slices and place inrefrigerator until needed
  4. Cut bread into small sections, toast slightly with avocado oil and rub into garlic
  5. Sprinkle on basil and serve as a delicious opener.
